You wanna know what their reply was? "DMG Extractor doesn't open encrypted DMG files." I sent them quotes from their own website that not only states "Functionality & features.Opens encrypted or non-encrypted DMG files" but even shows a screenshot of it doing so, with the password prompt. But if the encrypted DMG file contained a regular Excel or CSV file, it wouldn't list the files. After I bought it, my encyprted DMG files containing regular unencrypted text files opened just fine. I bought it because the free version doesn't open encrypted DMG files. Bought it but then was told by support it can't open encrypted DMG files even though their website says it can
